Za’tar:

Maalouf Estate grown thyme (thymus syriacus) and oregano (oreganum syriacum) in Koura region of North Lebanon are finely chopped and delicately mixed with roasted sesame, local sumac and sea salt. Mix with extra virgin olive oil to make a spreadable paste for bread or crackers. Also use as an amazing seasoning for your chicken and fish recipes.
